Mr. Nati studied social science at York University and obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
He has worked extensively with the African Canadian Legal Clinic, as both a summer research student and articling student. As a summer student, Mr. Nati met with clients from all over Ontario and conducted legal research to advance their claims. As an articling student, he researched and assisted in drafting two legal factums that went to the Supreme Court of Canada: Tran v. Canada (Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness) and British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal v. Schrenk.
Mr. Nati then completed his articles at Ciraku Law Office, a boutique practice specializing in personal injury and other civil litigation matters. After getting called to the Bar, he began practicing as a solo practitioner before going into an association with Ms. Caborubias.
He has and continues to appear regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Licence and Appeal Tribunal.
Ms. Caborubias studied political science at York University, graduating with Honours. She then obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. While there, she was also the Director of Leicestershire Legal Clinic and Vice-President of the Pro Bono Law Group.
